It's quiet, everyone is friendly, apts are spacious... a real sanctuary. The only problem, and it's a BIG one, is the parking. The assigned parking is fine (car port) but the open spots or horrible. They are extremely small, you will have another car either scratch or bump you car's side if they are not careful. For the most part, because we are all aware of this problem, everyone is extra careful when parking. Additionaly, mngmnt is in the process of fixing this issue. Definitely confirm this with them before moving in if it'll be an issue for you as well.
