Decent..

If you have things like "stock pots" in your arsenal of kitchen utensils, this place isn't for you. Their cupboards are like, half size. The kitchen is so small you can't open the stove door and the dishwasher door at the same time. The dishwashers are out of date, and mine was always moving around in its spot and breaking (not opening and shutting correctly). Love the window box though, and the pantry that you get. The refrigerator spot was big enough and accommodated a side by side.
The patio is a very decent size. Cleanliness of the apartment was very nice. Parking, agreed with others, is a nightmare for your extra car. They have managed to cram way to many spaces into the space they have...
The Management staff I loved. I loved Barbara. I always found them to be very helpful. The maitenance staff, yes they did have to make several trips in and out of the apartment, but they always got things fixed and I never had problems with them again.
They did raise the rent after our lease was up, which paired with the small iddy bitty kitchen, and the kind of crummy floor plans (split bedroom but very boxy) we would have stayed because everything else was nice.
We are nightly frequenters to the pool and hot tub, and sometimes neither of them were the right temperature, we occasionally would get lucky and the hot tub would be hot...
Lovely club house that is a very reasonable rate to rent out, but it keeps kind of crappy hours (office hours) so if you need it for a family gathering, better be done by six. The workout room is decent. Small, and equipment kind of stinks but it gets the job done. They have nice "changing facilities" at the pool and hot tub, and at the extra hot tub.
Their is no "kid park" at this facility. The one that they are calling a kid park is over run with ants, and not fun at all. They do have tennis courts, that are lit and well maintained.
It's ridiculously quiet. We never heard our neighbors except those that were out on the side walk, no noise of traffic, but quietness is all in the eye of the beholder.
Overall, a great place to live for the rent your paying...but again, if you have a stock pot...
The grounds were very nice. Waterfalls, atriums type things..gazebos...very nice if you want to walk around the community.
