At the time I moved in, these were reasonably priced, reasonably cared for, and management was more receptive to tenant needs. With Sares Regis Management, there is a cold callous approach to business, with profit in mind, and little leeway in favor of the tenant. As a result of this approach, there appears to be a high turnover, and many apratments are now occupied by muiltiple families, and parking parking is horrible. Saftey lately has become more of a problem with a recent report of someone having pulled a knife on a neighbor, and upon returning from a vacation, we found our carport had caved in due to termite damage. With the consistent rent increases, they appear to be on target to meet their financial goals, but the overall expereince here has left much to be desired. You have been warned.

I am starting to get concerned cause we just turned in an application yesterday for unit 23F....My fiancee and I have both credit scores less than 600 and 1 eviction ( a long story but our past attorney did not do his paperwork and filing right so now we are haunted by his error and no freaking rental places care that we have proof that it was a typo error,,,) do you know of any place that is 2 bd 2 bth with a poool, a/c and inj a nice neighborhood who is going to be leinant about our issues to rent from?)
