Sometimes things don't work out, but this was just plain a mistake moving here. We can hear every step our neighbors upstairs take as if they weighed 500 pounds (they don't). All adjoining units' TVs and conversations can be heard loud and clear. Thus there is no peace whatsoever. The stove did not work when we moved in. It died four times in two years we were there, and once was out 3 days before they fixed it, then went out again later in the week. The floor plan is pretty nice. The kitchen is the size of a matchbook. Two people in there at once is a problem, and not enough room to store food, pots, and pans, etc. Hard water makes it almost impossible to keep the toilets clean no matter how often you do it. Big rent increases yearly.
