The woman who is "responsible" for this place in their corporate office is actually retarded. I was surprised at the lack of concern about any problem, big or small. I have NEVER seen a company that hated its customers so much. If you have a problem they actually turn against you. The situation was so bad there that I had to leave early. It got to the point where I could not live there. The staff was so rude, it was harassment. I am disappointed because it seemed nice when we first went there. They have a very thin facade that fooled me only long enough to get my money. Once I signed the contract things started to go sour. I soon realized that the apartment was in bad condition. So bad that it became unlivable. Management labeled me as the problem. When I talked to corporate, it was even worse. I was astonished at the general stupidity. I used to think that there was an intelligence prerequisite to that position, but she could not even follow a simple conversation. She also had some lame excuses for the conditions. PATHETIC.
