I loved living here. There is a noise problem if you live on the El Toro side due to the weekend bikes going to Cook's Corner, and parking became tight when El Toro was closed to street parking, but those were mu only drawbacks. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is wonderful, and the repairs are very timely.
