Rather then writing a review.. Let me state sme facts:
You wil find about 3-5 spiders in your apartment everyday
This place is for Low-income peeople,the people that live here are White trash, low income drug dealers
Very quite place.. no noise what so ever.. Nice plus when you are sleeping
Don't think about walking outside after dark, thats when all the wild animals come out! Racoons, a-pos-ims ( those big looking rat things) and wild stray cats. I don't mind the cats, but the other two will attack!
People here look through the dumpster all the time, so make sure you shred everything
Do not store anything in the garage, there is too many bugs, spiders & worms in there!
The appliances in the apartment are SOOOO low quality! the oven and the dishwasher are for the late 70's early 80's..if you asked them to be replaced, they will give you bad quality new ones
Last put not least, the flooring in the kitchen & bathrooms in horriable.. it peels weeks after you move in.
And a work of advice, this apartment is very hold.. there for they have a lot of issues with the water heater.. So, 10% of the time, there is no water!

I live here but have not had any problems whatsoever. Someone in the office keeps trying to hit on my boyfriend though. She looks like a manequin and has nothing on me.

I have a response to both of the above comments. First of all, I am offended that the first person says this community is for low-income white trash. I live here and have not seen any of that, it makes me wonder by the spelling alone of the first reviewer who exactly is the white trash. This place has been my home for the last 4 months and I love it, I love my neighbors and the tranquillity of it all. There is one old guy who goes in the dumspter but he's recycling cans. I think someone may have a paranoia problem.
As for as the girls in the office. They are beautiful, but I think the second reviewer may have a problem as well, these girls work hard and want to make the residents happy, get over your boyfriend problem.

This is a comment for the person complaining about insects and wild animals..You were not the only life created, buddy! I have been in wildlife rescue for many years. Raccoons and opossums are quite friendly. Man is the one you need to be afraid of.
