Well, Ive lived here for a year. Ants are just out of control, out of the outlets, any small crack in the wall, light fixtures. Everyday going home I just wonder how many I will find. The maintenance crew cant fix anything. Rent is crazy compared to newer apts in the area. Garages are termite, ant, and spider infested, anything you have stored WILL be covered in them. There is no power outlets in the garage, so you cant do anything in there, not even plug in a light.

Wah, you live in a beautiful apartment community, lots of trees and bubbling streams, yeah, you're going to have spiders and ants. I don't believe anyone's ever died from this. As far as the maintenance, my ceiling fan light has been fixed, my patio fence has had wood added to it so the gardener's leaves stay out. The toilets and kitchen sink have been maintained properly. I'm not quite sure what pissed you off but I found that if you pay your rent and follow some rules, you can be pretty happy!
