OK Management, But Very beautiful palce

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
Most of the less than oderly peolr have been weeded out of River Oaks since a new manger took over about two and a half years ago. The hot tub and other things take a long time to fix right. You can't have everything. 5 years, I'd say better than averge. But the Walls are too thin. lol! They will kick me out next ... lol !
