I lived at Riveroaks for a couple of years and things have changed over those years. I loved it when I first moved in, but now I couldn't wait to move out. If you go onto Meganslaw.com you will find that there is a sex offender that lives in the complex. Everyone is friendly that lives there, however that is because they all like to party every night! Also, there has been someone lurking around the property to where they had to put notices on each door to make sure to lock your doors and windows. Many garages have been broken into, so I wouldn't keep anything valuable in there. The management staff was nice, but if you have a problem after hours or on the weekends good luck getting it fixed. Maintenance does not work on the weekends, which is inconvient when you have a sink that gets back up and smells and you have to wait till Monday to get it fixed. Parking is great if you have a 1 bedroom and have a parking space and a garage, but if you have a two bedroom then parking isn't so easy depending on where your apartment is.

I live here at RiverOaks as well and so I went to meganslaw.com as well to see if there is a sex offender living on the property. If you go online you will see that the sex offender lives at 20702 el toro road apt. #75- that apt. # belongs to Pheasant Creek not RiverOaks. I know for a fact that when I applied they had a disclosure saying that they don't allow sex offenders to live here. So I would say to "Anonymous" to check their facts before they make those claims. Also everyone is friendly thats true. I haven't heard any "parties every night" and if I did I would call courtesy patrol or the police. If you have a problem after hours why don't you page the manager?

Wow....sounds like a manager wrote this review. Why don't you admit that you have had to give eviction warnings to several tenants for being loud and partying at the jacquzzi? Also, as far as after hours and paging maintenance, they call you back an hour or so later and ask if it is an emergency. Or if you call on a Friday people at the office tell you that it will have to wait till Monday. And as far as Pheasant Creek vs Riveroaks, they are connected doesn't make a difference.

It sounds like a manager wrote the review? Are you smokin' loco weed, Anonymous? What manager would claim that a sex offender is living in the complex!? And to whether a sex offender is living at RiverOaks or at Pheasant Creek, I submit that it makes precious little difference. What? Do you think there's a force field preventing sex offenders from Pheasant Creek from checking out RiverOaks? Talk about Naive!
