Best apartment I've ever lived in! From: ucitara Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response I've lived in about 5 different apartment complexes in the last 10 years and this is by far the best apartment complex that I have lived in. I work in Irvine, and it is hard to find an affordable place with two bedrooms, washer and dryer hookups, and plenty of parking spaces in the area. I searched for a long time to find an affordable place and when I found this place and it had a nice floorplan and huge bedroom I couldn't resist. The only reason my husband and I left the apartment complex was because we bought a house, and we even had a really hard time saying goodbye to our place. The management has been so kind to us. They constantly have little events with free food and they are always welcoming when we visit in their offices. They did everything they could to keep us staying in our apartment. They even gave us a good deal on our rent! The maintenance in the area is great. We had a few small problems and they always came within 24 hours. There were also routine checks of the air conditioning about every 6 months to make sure it was working properly. We were given notices in advance and they always respected the fact that we had indoor pets. We never had to pay for any repairs to our apartment. I would recommend this complex in a heartbeat. If you want a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood then this is the place for you. There is also ample parking so you can have friends come over and visit. If you are thinking about moving here I would recommend coming to see it for yourself and I guarentee that you will love the place! It's the best deal in Orange County!

My Lease is up in a year and this is where i would like to home the noise where i live now is getting worse when i first moved in here about three years ago it was quiet and i just signed my lease for another year and then the noise people moved in and well it sucks that i have to live here for another year with all the noise. I hope when i am ready to move there will be a place for me there to move into i would perfer to live upstair and have a garage. Thank you Kimberly
