The apartment itself is okay. It is small, but it makes up for it with the washer & dryer located on the porch or balcony. The management is too disorganized. The parking rules change depending on who you are asking. Someone told me that we were not allowed to have visitors overnight. They treat you like you are living in a dorm. I have not really spoken to the new manager, but they need to replace the assistant manager because she is extremely unpleasant. Guest parking sucks. Tenant parking sucks. There is a garage, but you must have a small vehicle to fit in it. Besides the garage, you get one parking pass, but if you come home late you have to park at the bottom of the hill and hike up to your apartment. The maintenance team is very professional and efficient. The staff raised the rent after only a few months. Overall the apartment is acceptable, but I would not move in unless the attitude of some of the staff changes. They also need to come up with a firm set of rules so the residents know which set to follow.
