Horrible -Think twice on this one

Well I have lived here way to long and am pretty much sick of the place now. Vienna in that management office is a total -----.
The maintenance I would have to say are great they gets things fixed fairly quickly. The only problem would be that
they leave your apartment open or unlocked when they leave.
If you dont mind noisy neighbors, and do I mean noisy neighbors blaring music all hours of the night, teenagers have parties with at least 50 of their closest friends, and all the stomping on the stairs and slaming of the doors, plus the nosey neighbors that watch everything you and have
to report it back to you. Well I guess this would be the place for you.
