The bad with the good

I've lived in these apartments for a couple years. The benefits include a full size washer and dryer in its own laundry room which is a real plus for someone with children. The apartments are quite small but organized well with plenty of storage. Enclosed single car garages are also a big asset. It is generally a family focused community although recent management changes have resulted in negative quality of life type issues. The property management does not adher to legalities like... ohhhh... informing tenants before entering the property. Although many renters have complained on more than one occasion, the manager continues to have people enter the property without the required 24 hours notice. Attitudes in the rental office aren't always ideal either. Overall I'd give it a positive rating but if privacy is important to you, think twice. Although you have garage parking, if you have more than one person or more than one vehicle this will also be an issue for you.
