I can only say two good things about this place - washer/dryer and the maintenance staff! On almost all occassions, the maintenance staff was very prompt and fixed things the first time.

I would have added the one car garage to the list, but it gets blocked by morons. People block it, then go in to other peoples apartments and leave their car there. So you are waiting in your car for 20 minutes until they come back out. Carry extra keys with you so that you can key their car.

Parking sucks:
Not enough spots to park. This is normal with most apartment complexes, but you have to walk up a HUGE hill if you park on the street. No permit, you will get a warning, then towed. Good policy, but I wouldn't even give the warning.

Neighbors suck:
Thin walls, neighbors love to slam the door, people partying all the time, drag races in the parking lot, slamming and banging the walls, etc.

This place licks my balls. I can't wait to leave and take a big crap on the doorstep of the leasing office.

Oh yeah, Vienna is a -----. I'm sure she was the one that wrote that earlier review.
