2007-08-17|I moved out in February 2007. Only want to add that they had a garage fire in one unit and were in the process of at least cleaning up and making parking spaces. My unit was not touched and the secure parking was so nice. I think there were quite a few residents who used it as storage and may have had their vehicles towed in the open spaces. Management did enforce that rule. They had to.
Another item was that my neighbor (Bldg K 2nd floor over other apts) and coworker had some downstairs neighbors who smoked a hookah and he got an awful lot of smoke in his apartment. Later on they had some interaction with the Orange County Sheriff's Officers and eventually moved out. I believe my friend still lives there.

I moved in June 2004. The last couple of reviews are definitely too harsh. The unit is nice and I love having the washer/dryer/dishwasher and the private garage space. Management has been fine but then I pay my rent on time. The mgt staff are quite nice and very professional. The walls are not too thin. I don't hear the neighbors at all unless they're coming in or out. Parking can be a problem if you have multiple cars. I moved from NJ and this is a definite step up from there. The complex' pools and fitness center are wonderful amenities.

Hey Jersey Boy,
YOu should mention that the one unit included 5 garages that were wall to wall. Five cars were ingulfed and check with the Lake Forest Fire Department, they can provide you with a report that caused the fire. It was electrical... who's fault is that? The tenant or Siena for having crappy construction? I bet if your car was engulfed, you'd be singing a totally different tune. By the way, on the parking "enforcement," I have never seen one single parking enforcement person driving or walking around. I even put my money where my mouth is and parked 3 nights straight in different stalls and not once was I warned, ticketed or even towed. Also... you should have lived in building V because one of the reasons I left was because of the thin walls. I could hear my neighbor pissing, snoring and even having sex. Take that a step further... if I can hear him, who's to say he can't hear me. Frankly speaking... living in the ghetto would be a huge step up from living in Jersey. So living in Siena must have been a paradise. By the way... why didn't you mention the garage break ins... or the notices that were given to the tenants about undesirable people walking around harrasing tenants? Oh and also... I always paid my rent on time.
