Complex is older than the office said. Built in 1987, they told me 1992. Not all apartments have been upgraded. The one I live in was not and all the appliances are ancient. Takes a couple of days to get maintenance, but they are great guys...just overworked. Lots of noise in the parking lots since lots of ignorant people hang out in front of their garage at all hours - laughing, talking, drinking beer, riding skateboards and mini bikes. Security doesn't show up when you call. Parking is major problem. People park in the driveways and block the garages. When you ask them to move, they pull an attitude. Large amounts of people living in one apartment is common. Kids run amock with no adult supervision. These kids vandalize a lot of areas in the complex. Apartments are small and dark. I would say they are overpriced, but they aren't for the area, just too expensive in my mind for what they have to offer. Office staff is always nice. Viena is OK, you just have to get used to the way she talks. She does try to resolve problems when you ask her to.
