Recommend to live there

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
There are a lot of good sides:
Low cost of rent comparing to other apartments.
Washer/drier in unit
Garage included in rent
Buildings are spread apart (most) so you are not looking in your neighbor windows
Tennis court
Skate court - I was using it to walk with my little ones, gates can be closed and kids will not run away
Usually it was not problem to find parking, after 9 PM that could be a problem
Maintenance is fast
Office managers are good except one lady that was already mentioned, although she was sometimes nice.
Nice tries that blooms in spring
On the second floor you will enjoy vaulted ceiling in living room.
Downsides:
Everything is cheap, cheap!
Apartment needs cleaning!
Pools too,
Spa is old I never wear bikini to it - to avoid scratches!
Washer / dryer in our unit was old and one load usually took 2 full cycles to dry
Conditioner is not effective - it may run all day long, but temperature never fall below 80
The worst time was when one pair moved below
and they were smoking, and that was not tobacco! Somehow smoke always gets into our living room. Maintenance was not able to help with it, there were no visible
Holes between apartments. Happily they moved in 6 months , they were not able to tolerate the noise my little kids were making.
High water/gas/trash bill - I was paying $120 a month.
If you having guests coming out, guest parking can be a problem and make sure to drow them a plan or they will never find your building.
Overall it is good place to live. Do not rent first floor if you are noise sensitive. Buildings are old and not noise proof.
The only reason I am mooving out of it - is to get bigger place on first floor.
