Office staff are gender biased and racist. They are more concerned with their appearance and with socializing and have absolutely no ability to manage a property. They are a bunch of bimbos. They are coniving and deceitful. The rules apply to those they favor and they make your life a misery if you bring concerns to them. The don't address maintenance issues in a timely manner if ever. Renter Beware!!!!

I???m Mexican and my wife is Filipino and we have not come across any type of racism. When we first moved in, our shower head was leaking and they replaced it within 24 hours. Our washer and dryer were not working well because they were very old and they were replaced. All my questions and concerns were taken care off in a timely manner and I have no complains about the staff or maintenance. Can you please explain, how they discriminated you?

I wouldn't say they're bigots, but I will say that the staff that's been there awhile, especially Viena and a few others, make you feel very uncomfortable and almost as though you are their enemy! I had to ask myself, "did I offend" because of how she would not look at me, and huffed and sighed when I went to pick up a UPS package left at the office. She was pretty rude, but I think that is her personality. She and some of them are not customer friendly or warm at all, after you sign on the dotted line. When I first looked into living here, she was friendly enough, but those days are gone! She has been very abrupt, and short with me on most of my interaction with her. I've lived here a few years and I'm an excellent tenant, but my experience with mostly her and maybe 1 or 2 other staff members have been pretty unpleasant. Otherwise, the premises... parking sucks if you have a second car since it's non assigned parking. Some garages burnt with the cars still in them and the cars were melted! I talked to one of the car owners, and was told the apts were fighting NOT to pay b/c insurace does not cover garages! HA!! The amenities are good, and the apartments are very tiny. You can hear your neighbors upstairs with every step they take. Good luck
