the staff that's been there awhile, especially Viena and a few others, make you feel very uncomfortable and almost as though you are their enemy! I had to ask myself, "did I offend" because of how she would not look at me, and huffed and sighed when I went to pick up a UPS package left at the office. She was pretty rude, but I think that is her personality. She and some of them are not customer friendly or warm at all, after you sign on the dotted line. When I first looked into living here, she was friendly enough, but those days are gone! She has been very abrupt, and short with me on most of my interaction with her. I've lived here a few years and I'm an excellent tenant, but my experience with mostly her and maybe 1 or 2 other staff members have been pretty unpleasant.
Otherwise the premises... parking sucks if you have a second car since it's non assigned parking. Some garages burnt with the cars still in them and the cars were melted! I talked to one of the car owners, and was told the apts were fighting NOT to pay b/c insurace does not cover garages! HA!! The amenities are good, and the apartments are very tiny. You can hear your neighbors upstairs with every step they take. Good luck

If anyone in the staff is the worse, it's Viena. She doesn't make you feel welcomed, she has a real attitude problem. The garage fires were a complete disaster and it was ashame that the tenants lost out. Just to give you other things to make you think twice... since June, 6 garage break ins, rape case a half a block from the complex, assults and I am not even kidding... very thin walls. I can hear my neighbor when he's having sex and even when he snores. The up stairs neighbors walk like they had cinder ------ for shoes. I am out of there in Saptember and I'm actually cutting out sooner because I haven't been happy from the first day I moved in. If you consider coming here, talk to the neighborhood and get a direct answers. Ask about the garage fires, the garage break ins and about the Memo Siena sent to its tenants about "undesirable" people harrasing tenants and you'll see for yourself.
