The worst community to live for

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
This apartment and the entire community Equity residential is worst. They charge too much for moving out even if you stay there for many years. The peoples in Leasing office are not considerable and can charge any amount they want with out any proper answers. Don't belive on moving out inspection they tell you something and will charge something.
