Ok. Lets see here, how can i put this, well i guess the best way is that this is the worst place to live. Welcome to hell. Parking is terrible if you arrive past eight o'clock you well be hiking mont. everst to get to the apartments. Oh yea and when you are walking try not to get shot by bb guns because there is a whole bunch of kids running around at night shooting each other. Seriously i got shot in the head. The parents do not care. Oh and another thing if you have to park down at the base of mountain you have to walk up make sure nothing is in your car becasue there is a good chance it will be broken into. This place is dirty and it suck. Oh and by the way the garages in front of my apartment burnt down, how nice.

I can tell you this person is not lying about the problems this apartment complex has. It's a bad place to live for the simple fact that, in the last couple of months, there has been 6 garage break ins and it took Siena a month to warn the tenants. Their excuse as to why it took them until the 3 break in? It is company policy to notify the tenants of a occurance until we see a pattern. Translation, we won't do anything until people start to really complain. The mountain you have to climb if you park at the bottom of it is in fact very steep and long. Every so often, you will see broken glass on the street and if you don't believe us, drive by. The complex says they have a curtousy patrol checking if cars have their parking permits and it's a bunch of BS. In the year I have been there, I have NEVER seen on patrol car pass by. I put my money where my mouth is and I parked my own car with out a tag for 3 days straight and my car was never towed nor did I ever receive a warning. Numerous times, I had to park at the bottom of the mountain and as I walked up, I would see at least 2 cars without tags and when I brought this to Siena's attention, they said they're doing everything they can. I suggested giving the tenants the tow truck company's phone number to report any cars without tags and this was their response. "It would cost Siena too much money to have a tow truck come out everytime someone called to report a car without tags." Pathetic!!! There are so many kids playing on skateboards, bikes and even mini-motocross bikes as well. A little girl was run over by a kid on a dirt bike and believe from what I understand from the little girl's parents, they are sueing Siena and the kid's parents for neglagence. And the garage fire... true. This happened to the garages infront of mine and I pulled the police report and it was due to bad electrical wiring. Pull the information yourself... it's public info anyone can pull by going to the police department. Finally, get a police report of all the calls made in the immediate area, and you will know, there has been numerous assults, auto break ins, domestic disturbances, and a rape case that occured on the corner of Osterman and Regency. Is this the place you want to pay $1400 month for. For all the bull you have to deal with, you might as well live in Santa Ana. Avoid all the hassels and ask the tenants before you move in.
