Fine place to live

I have not found a better place for the price in south Orange County which includes a garage and washer/dryer. We have not had any problems with Management. Our maintenance requests are always handled professionally (they even take their shoes off upon entering our unit). The Maintenance staff has been consistent since move-in. They are respectful to us everytime we see them on or off duty. Maybe it depends on what building you live in, but I can say that we are content and do not have complaints. One ongoing issue we know of has been the garage break-ins but we don't know of any this year. It should be a priority for this complex to update the garages or locks, but it is also the residents' responsibility to keep their garages shut. We did notice our garage was randomly opening on its own but one call to Management handled this. The complex is not exactly pedestrian friendly so we make it a point to use whatever sidewalks are available. Tubs are rather small but water pressure is fine. As far as the comment saying you're better off living in Santa Ana, that is ridiculous. Our previous residence was in Santa Ana and this is 100% better. Crime will happen everywhere, so it is not surprising whatever police reports were pulled about this immediate area. We don't live in a bubble. This is certainly FAR from being a 'ghetto' or else we would not live here. There are pros and cons to every place you live. Just weigh them out.
