Well Well Well... to start with we tenants are so naive and I got the perfect example of this at this apartment. My stay over here has been perhaps the worst in my rental history.



Lets start with the apartment staff first. The so called manager is highly unmanaged,impolite and not at all reasonable not to mention the staff itself is out of the office most of them times I have gone.



At the time of the movin they try best to give u all the moving discounts just to make sure that once your in they will get more than that once you leave either in terms of forfeiting your deposit or increase the rent 30-40% in just six months that incase ur a big family , u?ll end up paying the penality of living there.



Well from my comment most of you will think that I am upset , well yes I am but I guess an avg person like me can?t do anythign except post it here. Just remember no matter how clean u keep the apt. or wotever u do keep it in shape they sure are going to deduct big amounts and charge u more than the security deposit according toe there so called "standard rules" :-)




at the end enjoy ur stay there but make sure u clarify everything before u move in.
