Nice place to live. Love the layout and size of the apartment. The walk in clost is the best and the bathrooms are a good size. Maintenance crew is responsive and prompt.

The parking is an issue. Limited visitor parking and a fee of $50 monthly for an additional parking space.

In addition to the monthly rent, the is also a monthly fee for water, sewer, and rubbish removal.
