I have lived here for 1.5 years. During this time I have vaccuumed up at least 10 daddy-long-legged spiders PER WEEK; they are everywhere. I have had ant infestations in every room, to the point that I don't even try to kill them anymore... they go away for a while on their own. The rent is too high, considering that there are no washers/dryers in units and the tiny laundry facilities are substandard... people have even fought in my presense over washers. The general quality of residents has slightly improved over the past few months, but only because of the huge rent increases everyone received (mine was 14% = $160 per month). The complex is older, so that comes with a lot of maintenance issues. Coyotes from an adjacent forest wander the property, so pets are not safe. There is a lot of road noise from Lake Forest. The garages are along the walls of the apartments, but people don't seem to realize this; they slam doors, blare stereos, and I can feel the beat. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
