I have been living at Trabuco Villas for a year and a half now, and could not be happier. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any time I needed anything repaired in my unit they would fix it that day or the next day. The units themselves are very spacious with great floorplans. The complex is quiet and very safe. It's nice having your own attached garage with a little driveway to park another car in. There is also a lot of guest parking around the complex. I also love the fact that you have your own laundry room with washer and dryer provided. Not something you find too often when renting an apartment. The rent is a bit high, but totally worth it for what you get. This place is top notch compared to other apartments I've rented and seen. Keep up the good work Trabuco Villas staff!!!
