I lived here for 2 years and found it to be an excelent property. The apartments are all laid out nicely with plenty of windows and are in very good shape. The only time I had a repair issue they were out early the next morning to fix it.
Parking right in front of the buildings is scarce if you need more than your assigned carport/garage but there are always parks in the back of the complex. Worst problem was people parking in places they wern't supposed to like the car wash spot, secrutiry would only leave a note on their car.
If it had been finacialy possible I would still be living there, it was worth a sizable commute.
