Nightmare Parking!

The parking situation at this place was awful! Although you have assigned parking, other people park in your assigned space/carport. On top of that, my carport was a block away from my apt.
This GREEN TRUCK continually parked at my carport, when I reported it to the management, they would say: "we will take care of it, and we know who it is." However nothing was done. One of the leasing reps even told me, "we can tell him to move it 100 times, and if he wants to park there, he?ll do it, why don?t you leave him a note'" If management can not do anything about a vehicle parked in MY ASSIGNED CARPORT, what good would it be if leave him a note'' HELLO''''''
