I have lived here for a year and a half now and I can totally confirm the rudeness of the staff (inresponse to another post..April rented me the apt...so there WAS an April working here, although she's gone now) I am, like others waiting for my lease to end so I can SPLIT! I can confirm rude managers and crappy parking. I cannot confirm poor maintenance. The few times I needed something they were quick to respond and nice to work with. Overall...keep looking, there are better places in the area...like right across the street.
By the way....the every-other-day-stupid-notice-on-the-door-thing gets really old. Maybe there is a better way to threaten tennants about parking, laundry room, car wash, pool use, painting, garage inspections, etc.....
Oh yeah, by the way, several methamphetamine labs have been found in the garages here, this is why there are garage inspections a couple times a year. Home Sweet Home.
