from what we have experienced, we are pretty happy living here. residents are nice, and the staff is real cool. nobody named april here. the girls in the office were nice, especially dionna, who was very helpful and courteous. i have seen the police here on very few occasions, but that happens everywhere. i feel safe letting my son play outside, it is a very safe neighborhood. maintenance is a little slow, parking can be bad, but theres always the street, some people just dont want to walk an extra 50 feet. word of caution: some apartments have "old copper wiring" which makes cable reception terrible, which is funny as hard as they pushcox cable here. we ended up getting dish. this is actually one of the best places i have lived, and we are happy with all the places neerby to shop. i would definitely reccomend it, but who knows maybe i just live on the "good side". all in all this place is very chill.
