We were inspired to rent this apt. b/c of the quiet, and b/c of our view of greenery. Pretty much our first night here, however, our neighbor started playing loud music in the evening that lasted past 10PM. After asking the neighbor to reduce the volume with no result, we called the after-hours number, but they referred us to a security company that does not even represent Westridge any longer. That happened about three times. Then we started calling the sheriff. We have called the sheriff 7 times on this guy, and have let Westridge know about it afterward. We have made 7 requests to be moved within the facility as Westridge is taking a very long time (about 2.5 months) to take action against our noisy neighbor. What it comes down to is that we will need to move, and the noisy neighbor apparently gets to stay. Other than their inability to deal with our loud neighbor, Westridge is a nice and quiet place to live. Parking isn't terrible, unless you get in late at night. I'd recommend it, but try to find out what your neighbors are like before you move in b/c Westridge won't be helpful if there are problems in that arena.
