If your priority is paying the least rent, then Westridge is for you. Of course, Lake Forest is a good and safe city, so anything in Lake Forest is nice. Westridge was just among the cheapest I found, and it's in a very nice neighborhood.

If you can't tolerate the following, then Westridge isn't for you:
- scarce parking.... very very scarce
- your assigned parking is far from your unit
- appliances are old (my dishwasher has rust in it, and my microwave has broken clips)
- very little storage space in the unit
- bathroom is not very modern; faucets are old and hard to turn
- when i got my unit, it didn't seem "like new". i had to do a lot of cleaning myself, and scraping off paint on some of the surfaces
- paint and wood in my balcony and staircase is chipping off and unsmooth

In short, only go to Westridge if you find it in your budget. It's not bad really. It's just that after moving in, I noticed details that matter, and was able to compare it to other apartments. But if you find other places at the same price or just slightly higher, then go elsewhere and be more comfortable.
