Before we moved in, we requested that the balcony be replaced. The wood was rotted through in a few places, and made it un-inhabitable. We were told they were replacing all the balconies, and it would be taken care of w/in the month. A year later we moved out and the balcony was never replaced (I called once a week the entire year and was told "they are working their way around the complex".. never saw a balcony replaced anywhere).
Your parking space will be far from your apartment, and they will not let you move it closer, even if one is available.
Night time maintenance never shows up, and they do everything they can to NOT fix a problem.
We had nice neighbors, and a perfect corner apartment, but the staff and lack of support made it hell to live there.
