Pathetic management and huge rent increase on renewal

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
They allow people living in garages and spending time all day staring at all apssers-by. The lease renewal policy is getting atrocious by the day with high rent increases and longer periods. There is no reward for loyalty of people staying since long. The laundry machines are often broken and over crowded when you need them most. The office staff has a don't give a damn attitude. BEWARE!!
