I read one of the posts here. I've lived here for about 6 months, and as I drive by some garages, I do notice some of the garages have a couch and people lying down in it. What the heck is that''' People really are living in the garages' That's low. Management should do something about that. It's that kind of things that make the value of property go down. It makes the overall class and feeling of safety go down.

About the parking, the assigned parking really is far from the unit. I think what happens is that people try to park in the public spaces instead of their assigned parking, because the assigned place is too far. As a result, the public spots get filled up making the parking situation worse.

The availability of the laundry facilities is not so bad. Well, I've only tried one facility, the others may be bad. Mine is not so bad, the floor is just dirty, but it seems safe.
