Staff are not showing professionalism

I think West Ridge is good- if you consider as a property.
But it is deeferent when you come to live here. One will be lucky if she/he does minimal interaction with the Property staff.

I think lack of exposure in similar field or something else causing this. If this part is taken care I think it will be one of the best properties in Lake Forest.
