I am not just another anonymous person, but an actual renter who has his email address posted because I believe in what I have posted below.

I moved to Westridge apartments and unfortunately fell in the trap after moving all my belongings in and had to stay there for 6 months. I could not afford to pay the $1000 to break the lease so I was forced to stay there for the entire lease period. It all started out great and I was very pleased and looking forward to moving in. However, my whole outlook changed when I was faced dealing with April. She was the most INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT, ODIOUS, INSULTING, HATEFUL, UNEDUCATED, DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, INCOSIDERATE, IMMATURE female individual I have ever had met and had to deal with. If you are the unfortunate person who happens to come across this individual, I would highly recommend that you walk away. I am baffled as to why the management has still kept someone like her working there. She should definitely not be in the customer service industry. My overall experience at Westridge was unpleasant, and that is why I am no longer there and will not ever be going back or recommending this place to anyone else. You can also see how others have felt the same way through their feedback. The parking situation is horrible. There was never a parking space available when I got home from work. I also noticed many cars double parking, which screwed the rest of us who got home late at night. There was no security enforcing the parking disaster either. I remember on one occasion asking April if there was something the management could do about the parking situation and she rudely replied, ?You need to buy your own house so you don?t have to complain about the parking situation.?

I could not believe those words coming out of her mouth. The list of her rude behavior goes on, but I am not going to waste any more of my time, but I am sure you all out there get the point. I truly hope that the Westridge management wakes up and sees how these individuals are treating the tenants and takes the appropriate actions necessary to rectify this horrible situation.

After I informed the management of my feedback to this site, there was a great and positive feedback posted a week later. I find it VERY HARD for someone to have lived at westridge for 8 years and to say that they could not imagine living anywhere else. Come on now, not all of us were born yesterday! This feedback was obviously created by a westridge apartment employee since it turns the whole issue of their incompetency back on the renter stating that they have personal issues. They also state that they enjoy going to pay their rent and receiving five star services.

LOL!!! Need I say more'! LOL!!! Do you really believe a tenant would make comments like this'
