I am not the person to complain who will complain at the first opprotunity. But will give you some incidence happened with me.

I was in the apartment for 20 months. Despite at least fifteen notices I never received the lease document.

My request for service were either not serviced or poorly serviced. One day I complained that one of the heater was not working. I came home at 11 pm planning that I will cook food home. Guess what .. when I came to apartment the whole stove did not have power. The mechanic has disconnected form something within which disconnected power to all burner.

While moving out they got my signature and even if there was no need for any paint they charged me 100 for painting and 350 as moving out. When I questioned they replied that you have already signed agreement and if you want you can go to the court.

Now it is your decision to take a call on the their business practice.
