Lived here two years. When we moved in there was no manager. Within that time there has been at least 6 that I know of. Each has been rude and dismissive.

The maintanance staff is a joke. They ride around in thier little golf carts all day, with no apparent place to go. We have had two seperate maintanance issues go unresolved since moving in.

The office staff is incompetant, lies and misrepresents, and is equally unaccountable for this due to similar high turnover rate. They have sent false late notices for rent, even though we were not late.

They encourage theft in the laundry rooms with rediculous, endless posted notices allowing people to remove your clothes if they want to.

I have lived in many many apartment building, and my mother was a manager. I have never in my LIFE seen worse management of a complex. The negligence of the staff, and the things that they try to get away with borders on criminal. Any remotely positives reviews on this site must have been written by the staff to offset genuine tenents giving real feedback. Avoid any building managed by this company at any cost.
