I lived in Westridge for approximately 18 months and have to say am very happy to be gone. I can't believe all the 'hidden' charges you have at Westridge. Add to that the fact that you can't find a staff person and/or maintenance person anywhere. I also dislike the subtle threats and lying of the staff members. And the incompetence was unbelievable especially when it comes to recording rent that was paid.

I will give credit. I had a spectacular view and lots of privacy. The apartment had an abundance of windows to allow plenty of light in during the day and the only thing heard at night was the coyotes howling in the distance.

On more thing, speaking of coyotes, I found the dog policy abolustely annoying. Most did not even bother to pick up the dog droppings so there you had to be ever so careful where you stepped.

Also the garage issue. The parking was horible because most used their garage as extra storage area and parked their cars in the visitor parking areas.

All in all for the price these places are not worth it.
