Lived here for 10 years and am moving due to the increase in rent. They are raising it over 200.00. Per Brenda the Ass. Manager..this is a business and we will keep raising the rent as long as people will pay it. Don't pay it. There are much better places that have more to offer. These places are old and not worth the money. Four year of construction, come on Bill that's a bit too long. Kids are always in the way. Nate closes the office on Saturdays and just walks around outside talking on his cellphone. He puts up the sign out showing property. Sheesh, he is so dumb. STAY FAR AWAY FROM WESTRIDGE AND THEIR AWFUL STAFF!
