We have been in this country over 7 years and moved between different states and places, but this is litterally the worst place we have been in. Stray cats are allover the place, and dog owners do not care about having their monster dogs on a leash so you could get attacked at any time. Weired people on motorcycles apparently holding drug deals in the middle of the community every night and it's common to see police cars patroling in the day and saw police yesterday arresting someone and searching a car. Noise is unbelievable, you hear everything from your neughbors appartments and the street.
These are some things about the community, now it's time to talk about the people. It is unfair to offend the managment pesonnel in my oppinion since it seems to me that their company is the one that's breaking the law. You rent amount and the "Market Value" as they call it, of the unit will depend on your current situation. You want to renew and you still have enough time to look for another place, it's $1,725 / month with month free. You are running out of time then the market value is $1,745 no freebies. Add $200 / month to the last figure if you want to go month to month!!!
Even if this place was less than $1500, it's still overpriced even if compared to all the overpricing going on these days.
I hope you read my feedback before taking that bad decision so hopefully the losses I had and the inconvenience my family and I have experienced since we moved here, I hope all that save you from going thru the same bad experience.

There are no stray cats here, there are people who take care of those cats. A stray cat is a cat that is not cared after. These cats are not dangerous, nor even a problem.
