I am gonna make this simple. Ten reasons why you shouldn't rent here.

1)Its super old covered by fresh paint!!!
2)Everything breaks!! I mean everything!!!!
3)You need to call like 5 times to get anything fixed.
4)Staff seem nice at first, but once you move in, they will never return your call again!!
5)AC right by bedroom window!! Super loud!!! You won't be able to sleep at night.
6)Carpet ishella cheap, gets dirty in 3 month
7)No cell phone signals!!!
8)Sometimes hard to find parkings
9)They raise the rent so fast. Its already way overpriced!!
10)They don't offer specials to current tenants!! They are stupid enough to perfer lossing good tenants and loss one month rent during turnover.

The move out rate is so high in this place, I see so many units vacant. The specials might sound like a good deal, but not worth the fustration you will have to deal with!!!

Judging by the number of grammatical errors in this post, whoever wrote this is not a good judge of what's good or bad. I lived at this comples from 2002-2006 and I didn't have things break or think things were cheap. Most complexes have the ac units outside the windows for lack of anywhere else to put them. Carpet doesn't get dirty because it's cheap, it gets dirty because you get it dirty. Cell phone signal is kind of poor in that area, but it is not the complex's fault-the whole mile radius is that way. I suggest this person is a little too ignorant to rely on for a review of a decent place to live.
