Not a great place but not bad either, terrible management though.

Most of the reviews are pretty much spot on, with respect to noise, poor cell phone signals, constant police cars visiting the property, specials not being offered to current residents and ridiculous rents. I've lived here for a year and I agree with every review that says that the management being shoddy. I've had "pay rent or quit in three days" notices atleast 4 times on my door, even though I turned in my rent on the 31st of every month. Its not a pleasant thing to come home to such a notice after a hard day's work, when you've already paid it. Isn't the duty of the management to "manage" these things' And too many kids on the roads skateboarding and generally running about. Worse yet is the presence of some people who constantly go through your trash and management can't care less about these folks. Parking is a problem with two cars. You'll find most people parking cars where they wish to on weekends and the management can't seem to care less. The maintenance people are nice but it is always an effort to get anything fixed. For example, problems such as your toilet flooding aren't considered an "emergency" by the management. It is a beautiful place as far as landscaping goes, but it isn't worth with the high rents and creaky buildings. Oh and I've taken some wonderful pictures of raccoons at nights.

People park their cars where the wish where ever they can park in a decent spot.. ie: (red zones, in front of trash housing, rare times someone parks in your car port... parking behind them to teach them a lesson that you pay for the spot).. Instead of walking a mile to your apartment from where you park. Due to this with people with storing their ---- in their garage instead of parking your car in there like your suppose per your rental agreement. Now since management is picking it up they are now starting to sticker cars as a warning not to park in these spots. Parking is a nightmare at night, during the day its ok.
