Lived here for about 3 months now. This is a nice, quiet, clean place. We like it because it is away from the main street in a nice neighborhood. Really convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly. Haven't had any problems with loud, noisy neighbors. This place is kind of an older property so when we first moved in, there were quite a few things that needed attention (i.e., dripping faucets, heater, dishwasher). The turn around time for maintenance staff to come to the apartment to check on a work order is about 48 hours. This is true. They would check it out then say that they would be back to order the part. That's the last we would hear of them. We kept having to follow up to find out if someone was coming back. We were told from one of the staff that the complex has about 300 apartments with a short staffed maintenance crew. So it leaves them behind in their jobs. The maintenance staff however does do a great job in fixing the repairs. Parking is decent. We have a one car garage and no assigned parking spot for our other car. We don't typically have a hard time finding parking. We have noticed a few people who don't use their garage for parking. Instead they use it for storage.
