After move-in, attitude of management became belligerent. Everything was a hassle; took a week to get heat pump serviced in January while I was in the apartment with the flu. Noisy neighbors having something akin to a party almost every evening, except the festivities consisted mostly of yelling at each other or b-tching about the price of cigarettes.

Parking is a hassle as there are many three-and-four adult 3-4 kid households in two-bedroom apartments. Many of the garages are used for storing materials for small businesses, so there is a lot of banging around early in the morning Mon-Sat.

Lost Laundry Room key was $25 even though they don't change the locks.

Giant rent increases when your lease is up. Nasty.
