I have to say I was very weary of Westridge after reading it s reviews. However, I questioned how much of it was true and factual and not just written by someone who is pissed at the world. I decided to go down and check it out and I must say from the moment I walked in the office staff was so warm and knowledgeable. The woman that sits at the front desk helped me, I think her name is Larissa. After reading a review about the woman at the front desk I was nervous to have her help me but at the end it was her that helped me come to the decision of moving in to Westridge. I found her to be delightful and sweet along with the rest of the staff as well. The laundry card machine is a little silly because it only takes $10.00 bills the first time to purchase a card but hey, at the end of the day that s no big deal. I found this review very comical after experiencing Westridge because it wasn t in the least bit factual. Especially the part where it mentions not knowing when rent is due. When I signed my lease it was very clear that rent is always due on the first I even had to initial next to the part stating that! The most bogus part mentioned was the check bounced but there was money in the account. That s something I didn t have to go to Westridge to find out. Balancing a check book is important and when you write checks they don t just bounce with ample funds in the account. All in all I am very happy here, the staff is very accommodating and the location is prime. I m glad I came down to find out for myself.

I had had similar good experience before I moved in, the front desk people work for commission and there is, of course, no need to offend and scare away potential residents. Once I moved in, my impression detriorates most of the encouters I have had with them, I don't think people need to lie about their experience ( besides some fiery emotions which I think is easily understandable). No denying some of the staffs are friedlier than others, and some ex-residents are more upset than their counterparts. Looks like you are still new and have not compared Westridge to some of the other better managed places.

Management is very nice when you first move in for obvious reasons. You will encounter little problems the longer you live there. It's not the worse place to live, but it's not that great, either.
