I am a current resident of olivewood apartments and love the place.The layout and design of the apartments are very spacious and accomidating. The outside is very well maintained.Although the parking situation is not the best, there is ample space in the surrounding neighborhood to park your vehicle. We could all use a small walk every now and then.The Manager might seem a bit uptight and rude sometimes, but generally she gets the job done. Her assistant Ruthy is extremely helpful and welcoming so they go hand in hand. I would definetly recomend this place to anyone who likes to come home to a nice well maintained quiet apartment.

I just called and talked to Ruthie and indeed she is hepful, although they don't have any vacancies at this time.
