Afraid to ask for assistant because this may cause your rent to go up before your time is up. Rent goes up every 8 mos or so. Was Olivewood Apartments 47% Recommended Apr 03 2008: Everybody who lives here, that I know, has their rent increased every year by anywhere from $200-$350. They lease to you at a lower rate, and then when you least expect it, WHAM!!! A huge rent increase. There is no regard for security of the grounds.
